Santa Marta is a city on the Caribbean Sea in the northern Colombian department of Magdalena. A busy port, it was also the first Spanish settlement in Colombia. It's the gateway for trips into the Tayrona National Natural Park, and for multiday guided treks to the Lost City (Teyona) archaeological site in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains.

| Day 2 / City Tour | Breakfast at the hotel followed by a complete tour of the city. On this tour, you will have the opportunity to visit three notable places: the majestic Metropolitan Basilica Cathedral of Santa Marta, the fascinating Tairona Gold Museum, and the historic Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino. Each of these places offers a unique experience and will allow you to better understand the history and culture of Santa Marta. At the Metropolitan Basilica Cathedral of Santa Marta, you can admire the beautiful colonial architecture and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of spirituality and reflection. At the Tairona Gold Museum, you can learn about the culture and life of the region's ancient inhabitants, as well as appreciate an impressive collection of gold and ceramic pieces. And at the Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino, you can delve into the life and legacy of the liberator Simón Bolívar, one of the most important figures in the history of Latin America. B |
| Day 3 / Sierra Nevada / Minca / La Victoria / Cascadas de Marinka | Breakfast at hotel. Our first destination will be Finca La Victoria, where you will have the opportunity to witness the process of making craft beer and coffee up close. We will depart from the meeting point and enter the beautiful mountains of the Sierra Nevada. As we ascend, you will be able to enjoy impressive landscapes full of lush vegetation and fresh air. During the journey, we will tell you about the history and importance of this region in the production of craft beer. Once we arrive at Finca La Victoria, we will be greeted by expert brewers and coffee makers who will guide us through each stage of the beer and coffee making process. From the selection of fresh and quality ingredients to fermentation and bottling in the case of beer. You will be able to see up close how this delicious artisanal drink is created. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to taste different varieties of beer directly from the source and learn about the distinctive flavors and characteristics of each one. They also show us the entire coffee process, such as its cultivation, its drying, which due to the quality of the seed acquires an exquisite aroma to taste and enjoy in our own facilities. After the interesting visit to Finca La Victoria, we will head to the beautiful Marinka waterfall to cool off and enjoy a moment of relaxation in the middle of nature. The Marinka waterfall is an impressive sight, with its crystal-clear waters falling from above and creating a refreshing and revitalizing atmosphere. Here you can immerse yourself in the pools of water and enjoy a refreshing swim while admiring the majesty of the waterfall. Throughout the tour, I will be on hand to answer questions, provide additional information about the region, and make sure your experience is memorable. Day 5 / Parque Tayrona / Don Diego / Palomino |
Breakfast at hotel. Today we'll continue our tour after having visited the Sierra Nevada sector of Minca and we'll head first to the Barlobento area, populated with ecotourism hotels, and an entire natural area, where we also find the Caribbean Sea. We continue our trip in the Don Diego River, a crystalline river that flows into the sea. You will be able to enjoy a tube ride along the river, floating gently while admiring the lush landscapes that surround it, we will offer the adventure of the sport of tuning. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to observe the local fauna and flora, as well as enjoy the refreshing water of the river. On the Don Diego River you can also practice activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding and there will be the option of those who want to navigate down the river, go up on foot or by boat, on this downstream route you will enjoy bird watching, flocks of monkeys and the ducks that carry out underwater fishing. We will continue to finish this tour, in Palomino where we will choose a good hotel and restaurant, to prepare for the next day's adventure, where we will begin contemplating the snow-capped mountains at dawn. | Day 6 / Tour Barranquilla | Breakfast at hotel and start our exciting tour of the tourist city of Barranquilla which would be: Gran Malecón; Caimán del río; La ventana del mundo; Bocas de ceniza; Centro comercial viva; Muelle y museo de Puerto. Afterwards we'll return to Santa Marta. B |
