| Day 2 / Villa de Leyva | Pick up at your hotel for transfer to Villa de Leyva. The stone streets and the white facades receive the travelers who arrive at Villa de Leyva, a municipality in Boyacá that is part of the Network of Heritage Towns of Colombia. Every corner of this beautiful town has a story that tell us the past is alive with it's inhabitants who keep all their tradition. |
| Day 3 / Laguna Guatavita | Pick-up at your hotel and continue visiting the Guatavita lagoon, this was one of the most sacred of the indigenous Chibchas, given that, there the ritual of investiture of the new Zipa (Cacique) was carried out. According to legend, he was on a richly ornamented raft of reeds and had his body entirely covered with gold-powder. At his feet, they put a large pile of gold and emeralds to be offered to the gods. Then we continue with a dinner at Andrés Chía, one of the most emblematic restaurants of the country. A place where all the culture, deliciousness of our country unites, and you will be able to immerse yourself in an unexpected world where every day you dance and enjoy yourself. Transfer back to Bogotá and check-in at your chosen hotel. |
| Day 4 / Bogota | Breakfast at your hotel and do a visit to Usaquén, a quiet neighborhood where you will find the Flea Market on Sunday with a cultural scene, in which around 480 Colombian artisans participate, offering all their products and crafts including goldsmithing, wood, leather goods, clothing, music, paintings and handicrafts, all of a high quality due to the high level of craftsmen. If the day falls on a weekday, another flea market will be visited. |
