To enter, simply post your recent trip report booked by Maduro Travel Aurba on www.madurotravelaruba.com in the Travel Room. Once authorized by webmaster and posted in travel room of Maduro Travel Aruba’s website, participant is automatically entered into the sweepstakes drawing. Press POST YOUR TRIP REPORT on our home page and your authorized entry will be automatically forwarded into the sweepstakes drawing. Only one (1) entry per person and only one (1) winner per household.
SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT THE LAUNCH of new WEBSITE, April 6, 2009 and ENDS on August 15, 2009. A WINNER will be selected each 6 months. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic or mail entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or non-deliverable due to online communication malfunction or failure or human error that may occur in the processing of entries to this sweepstakes. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Maduro Travel Aruba and cannot be older than 3 years.
Names of the tentative winners will be placed on the Maduro Travel Aruba’s website and will be notified by e-mail. By entering the sweepstakes by e-mail, entrants agree to review their e-mail or Maduro Travel Aruba’s web site. Confirmed winners will be announced on Maduro Travel Aruba’s web site. Prize winners must respond to notification within 72 hours or they may forfeit their prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable either by e-mail or by mail will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All local taxes are the responsibility of the winners. If selected as tentative winners, the winners agree to allow Maduro Travel Aruba to use their names, likenesses, entry contents, biographical data and statements for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sweepstakes is open to persons over the age of 18 at time of entry.
